“ACG Holland is the premier association in the Netherlands for middle market companies and private equity firms deal making professionals. Such as private capital providers, M&A advisors, corporate executives, accountants, attorneys and other related service providers. We focus on the needs of these professionals to build unparalleled opportunities for networking, deal-making and professional development.”ACG Holland’s inaugural meeting took place on March 24, 2005 when more than 30 CEO’s and CFO’s of midsized companies in the Netherlands attended a lunch meeting at the offices of Van Lanschot Bankiers.
The theme was creating Corporate Growth in the UK and the USA. We also will hold an annual Growth Awards meeting, during which they will recognize the achievements and contribution of member companies and individuals who have demonstrated leadership in their field.
Today ACG has more than 150 members who meet at least eight times a year. Meetings are typically held between 12pm and 2pm and include a presentation on a relevant theme, followed by Q&A. The theme is selected by the sponsor of the day.
Network events
ACG Holland events are designed to provide networking and educational opportunities to deal professionals directly involved in sourcing, financing or executing M&A transactions, giving our attendees more chances to meet other deal professionals in the Netherlands and build the kinds of relationships that matter most. Most ACG Holland events are open to all members and non-members, with the exception of certain members- or invitation-only events.
